Senior Support Engineer
Contract | €240/day+ | Dublin | Hybrid
Our client is currently seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to handle 2nd and 3rd-level support for on-site and remote teams in a multinational setting. It's a dynamic role with diverse tech exposure, global collaboration, and daily challenges, suited for experienced IT professionals seeking impactful, varied experiences. Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced 2nd & 3rd-level support globally for our client's end users
- Tackle complex technical challenges across software, hardware, networking and infrastructure
- Implement proactive solutions and preventive measures to minimize recurring issues and enhance overall system stability
Requirements:
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or relevant industry certifications
- Over 5 years of experience in a comparable technical support role
- Proficiency with desktop support technologies including Microsoft Windows, macOS, Active Directory, SCCM, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
- Experience working in a cloud environment such as AWS or Azure
