Senior Support Worker

Your new role
You will be working as part of a Women\'s only division specialising in meeting the needs of individuals living with complex post-traumatic stress disorder and/or personality disorder. The main focus is on the self-management of risk and the maximisation of personal independence.
What you\'ll need to succeed
Have a knowledge of the contracts and funding packages of your caseload.
It would be preferred if you had a full UK driving licence and be able to drive company vehicles.
You will have a strong background within the mental health sector specifically with clients with complex needs.
