About the Role:
Due to the needs of the service, the successful applicant must hold a full, clean UK drivers license.
As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll be instrumental in providing high-quality, enabling care, facing new challenges and rewards daily. Your leadership and expertise are key to our success.
Responsibilities:
· Lead the implementation of person-centred support plans.
· Promote independence and manage risks effectively.
· Encourage positive relationships and healthy lifestyles.
· Facilitate effective communication and maintain accurate records.
· Oversee medication processes and ensure compliance.
· Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
· Mentor and supervise junior staff, providing guidance and support.
· Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning.
