About the Role
We are looking to recruit an RFW Senior Coach for our Nowton Park Nursery site in Bury St Edmunds, one of seven social businesses operating within Realise Futures across Suffolk and Norfolk. At Realise Futures, our aim is to improve and promote the economic and social wellbeing of those who are disadvantaged and/or disabled.
As an RF Works Senior Coach you will provide day-to-day support for adults with disabilities in a work-based, horticultural setting. You will support individuals to achieve their goals and encourage them to learn new skills for work and life, such as teamwork, social skills and building confidence.
No two days are the same and if you are someone who can adapt your style and methods to meet individual need then we’d love to hear from you!
Due to the occasional requirement to drive company vehicles, a full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
Please note that horticultural knowledge and experience is not essential to the role as full training and support will be provided.
This is a rolling recruitment process. Candidates will be interviewed as and when they are shortlisted.
