We have an exciting opportunity in our Mental Health and Recovery Service in Leicester for a Senior Support Worker. This role will assist the Service Manager in the overall management of the service and help to provide support to people we work alongside.

As a Senior Support Worker you will oversee the Peer Support team to ensure all peer groups and workshops are delivered, you will also be involved in the development of our team of volunteers. You will provide assistance to our team and lead staff with a compassionate and positive approach, providing coaching to assist their personal development.

You will also assist with completing internal audits and understand the importance of accurate record keeping and oversee the referrals, allocating these to your team. This is a great opportunity to be part of an incredible service that is making a huge impact on people’s lives.
