Hays is delighted to be partnering with a global property consultancy to find a Senior Surveyor to join their Glasgow team. They provide a full spectrum of services to commercial and residential property owners, investors, occupiers and developers. Their service covers all those sectors on a local and international level. Tailoring their product to each of their strategically placed locations across the globe.

Your new role

This opportunity is to join their Glasgow team of surveyors and asset managers dealing with public and private sector owned investment portfolios.
You will undertake work to align with company fee income targets and seek to develop and retain strong relationships with clients and investors.
You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as IT, organisation and time management skills.
You will ideally possess a relevant degree level qualification and must be a chartered member of the RICS
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the Glasgow market and have an existing network of contacts to support them in their business practise.
