Moxie People is currently working with a well-regarded Project & Cost Management Consultancy as they look to expand their Sustainability and ESG division.
As a Senior Sustainability Consultant, you'll provide support and advice to a range of clients across the Residential and Commercial property sectors, delivering sustainability services, including net zero carbon advisory, ESG reporting and Energy & Carbon performance assessments, to improve the performance of property portfolios and help guide investment decisions for clients.
Main responsibilities of an ESG & Sustainable Consultant
- Review project details and develop targets for sustainability.
- Portfolio management and monitoring.
- Communicate sustainability requirements to internal and external team members.
- Help clients to understand how to improve sustainability across their property portfolio.
What will you get as an ESG & Sustainable Consultant?
- Salary between £40,000 - £50,000.
- 25 days annual leave.
- Bonus after completing 6 months of employment.

What will you need to have?
- Strong understanding of BREEAM.
- Hold a qualification in a related subject.
- Previous experience working in the Built Environment delivering sustainability solutions and advice
