Senior Sustainability Consultant

DESCRIPTION
Purobuild have partnered within a leading Sustainability Practice to assist them in finding a Senior Sustainability Consultant based in Oxford.
The successful Senior Sustainability Consultant will work on a wide range of some of the most exciting sustainable design projects which are geared towards the companies pursuit of a low carbon and sustainable future for the built environment.
Location: Oxford
Salary: £45-50K
Senior Sustainability Consultant Requirements:
·An in-depth knowledge of dynamic simulation software and the UK Building Regulations
·Knowledge and experience of environmental rating tools, most importantly BREEAM and WELL and/or other environmental assessment methodologies.
·Demonstrable knowledge and experience of building physics, particularly in relation to heat transfer, energy, comfort criteria, CIBSE Guidance and other industry standards.
·Specialise in providing end-to-end support from preplanning to completion of a project
