Contract Length: 12 months
What You'll Be Accountable For:
- Support Team Leader in maintaining operational status and availability of application software and environments.
- Ensure changes align with operational and strategic plans.
- Escalate significant issues to Team Lead.
- Provide cover for Team Lead in case of absence.
What You'll Need:
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach.
- Leadership skills.
- Substantial experience in call and change management systems, troubleshooting tools, and root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication skills – ability to translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
- Working knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
- Substantial experience in a proactive IT environment with a strong understanding of Virtualization, Application Servers, Cloud Technologies, Network Principles, and monitoring tools.
- Ability to operate under pressure and influence decisions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Assist in configuring and developing applications – not a pure developer role.
- Problem-solving – 3rd line support.
- API understanding.
- C or C++.
- Team Centre ITK – Open Knowledge.
- Microsoft Azure knowledge.
- DevOps Knowledge.
- Product Lifecycle Management.
