I am currently partnered with a thriving executive search firm, who are dominating their space and looking to invest into an internal recruiter who wants to take their career to that next step and head up the internal function international.
This company are looking to build a competitive commission structure around someone and offer someone that clear pathway to Director.
What can they offer?
· Base salary: £30K-£40K (Depending on level of experience)
· Commission package will be built around the person.

What will you be doing?
· This role would oversee all internal recruitment for the company, across their 3 offices.
· Headhunting Senior Talent from direct competitors
· Running the whole candidate process
· Working with key stake holders in the business
· Market map new areas
What will you need to have?
· I am looking for someone who has experience in hiring expired recruitment talent.
· Experience within the TA market is essential.
· Super driven approach, we are looking for someone who wants to have a genuine impact on a growing business.
· Great communication skills
· Strong organisational skills
