Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, Runcorn, £50,000 base, £5,500 car allowance plus 10% bonus and additional benefits. 1 day working from home per week.
Our client is an ambitious, growing, and successful organisation. To support a period of growth, they are now looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the People Director and forming part of a wider HR team, you will be seen as the subject matter expert working with key stakeholders & managers across the business to drive their talent and retention agenda ensuring that resourcing, succession planning and talent management are at the forefront of the strategy. Working collaboratively with the wider HR team, you will advocate engaging and inclusive recruitment methods, address retention issues and ensure consistency across the whole function embedding values and behaviours and ensuring sound operational practices that support the business and ensure legal compliance. You will lead, motivate and engage a large team enabling development and progression.
You are a passionate, energetic, inspiring, and experienced resourcing professional with a reputation for delivering results. An expert within your field, you have an eye for continuous improvement and an appetite for change. You are analytical and curious and will strive to improve. You will have previously worked within a KPI driven organisation, with experience of overseeing reporting mechanisms to demonstrate the outcomes and value of a TA team. You will be able to build connections, be kind, listen and act with humility. Previous experience of managing and developing a medium - large team is essential. You are commercially astute with a proactive and can-do attitude with the ability to build solid relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ideally gained from your time within a large, multi-faceted, fast paced, organisation. Experience of volume and niche recruitment is essential.
