- Craft recruiting plans and pioneering strategies to support UK operations.
- Spearhead candidate sourcing, screening, and relationship management.
- Partner closely with Business Leaders and external recruitment firms.
- Implement focused recruiting strategies.
Collaborate with hiring managers for timely senior-level hires.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews, leveraging the applicant tracking System
Cultivate a strong candidate pipeline through diverse sourcing methods.
Manage offer creation and onboarding processes.
Drive workforce planning for diversity and cultural fit.
Develop a compelling employer brand
Requirements:
Progressive in-house recruiting experience.
Proficient in influencing leadership and high-potential talent pools.
Strong networking abilities and relationship-building skills.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Proficiency in ATS and Microsoft Office.
Degree-educated preferred but not essential
Willingness to travel
