Harmonic Finance are proud to be recruiting on an exclusive basis for one of the UK's fastest growing Advertising Tech businesses, due to growth they are looking to bring in a Senior Tax Analyst.

The business is PE backed and have over 1200 employees based in 8 international locations. The business are on a Fast Growth trajectory and have trebled in size over the last 3 years. Harmonic have placed multiple people into the business over the last 5 years and we have had consistent positive feedback. They are market leaders in terms of culture & retention largely due to providing fantastic career progression opportunities for people who come in and establish themselves.

Your main responsibilities will cover many different facets of tax from preparing tax provisions, compliance and audit as well as assisting with tax queries on M&A projects.

Key duties include:

• Corporate Interest Restriction analysis
• Prepare tax provisions and advise management accounts team on posting journals
• End of year balancing adjustments
• Taking ownership of reviewing corporate tax P&L and Balance Sheet ledgers, liasing with local finance teams and ensuring they are posting tax journals accurately for corporate tax
• Deferred Tax Analysis
• End of year balancing adjustments
• Ensure local entity tax returns are prepared and submitted on time, coordinating with big 4 advisors
• Assist local finance teams with Group tax technical questions and information requirements
• Monitoring and reviewing corporate tax P&L and Balance Sheet ledgers
• Assist tax auditors during the audit process
• Reviewing and analysing expenditure costs in respect of corporate tax deductions
• Assisting with tax aspects on mergers and acquisitions

Package:

£55,000 - £65,000 + bonus

2 days in the office per week
