This is a newly created position to head up their Tax Department and you will have free reign to shape their tax services and pricing. … They already have a good client base and you will work with a range of businesses from £1M up to £40M t/o.
Leaning more towards a Corporate Tax position, they have a team that covers the compliance and you will get to work with the existing clients to discuss potential tax planning solutions and lead the projects.
They suspect that the bulk of the role will comprise of the following…
- Marketing, networking, and selling the full range of the firm’s services
- Preparing share valuations reports for employee share schemes
- Advising on corporate restructures, share reorganisations, business acquisitions and succession planning for OMB’s
- Delivering R&D tax credit claims
If you are CTA qualified and ready to make the move into the Partnership within 6 – 12 months, I am keen to have a conversation with you.
