Location: Shirley, Southampton

Salary: £27,500 + Sleep ins (£63 per sleep)

Contract Type - Full time (40 hrs per week) 8 hr Shifts

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
• Driver
• 1-2 Years Care Experience
• Rota Management Experience
• Challenging Behaviour Experience

Our care services provide a range of support for individuals, specialising in residential, domiciliary, and personal care for adults. Our services are offered in purpose-built care facilities and supported living developments.

• Residential care homes (Adults)

Job Description

• Act as Deputy or/and Registered Manager in their absence, adhering strictly to established policies, procedures, and management protocols.
• Conduct and participate in supervisory sessions as needed.
• Foster strong, collaborative relationships with all team members within the home.
• Wholeheartedly endorse and implement management decisions of the organisation in a positive manner.
