Job description

Our client is within the financial service sector and has grown significantly and organically in the last 4 years now employing 3,000 people worldwide.

This role is a new and evolving position that will support the business with a variety of Technical Author capabilities.

Working with senior stakeholders in the business you will support new documentation for recent programs and applications which have transformed into cloud based solutions.

You will be a people person and enjoy building relationships with many different individuals.

You will also review and recommend a suite of templates that will support the business during regulatory audit and compliance processes. You will also review and recommend documents that would support the business with their very strong RFP / bid writing activities.

Skills required:

  • At least 5 years Technical Author or Technical Writing experience working on a variety of complex concepts and documenting these.
  • Experience of writing technical standards or policy documents would also be ideal.
  • A proactive mindset and an individual capable of initiating next steps in a project without being instructed.
  • Experience of working in a digital and multi application environment, ideally with users in other countries.

This role will be 100% remote however you must live within the UK to perform the role. Very occasional business travel may be required.
