Job description

D365 F&O Senior Technical Consultants are responsible for leading D365 F&O technical workstreams for design & implementation on delivery projects. They are also responsible for delivering D365 technical responses on sales pursuits, managing technical delivery of IP and asset development, and meeting the general expectations in line with their consulting grade

-Responsible for planning and managing the workstreams they are assigned
-Runs workstream meetings
-Manages workstream issues & risks

-Manages quality of deliverables across the workstreams they are assigned
-Manages relationships with other workstreams
People Management
-Responsible for development of coachees
-Responsible for skills development of less experienced team members
Stakeholder Management
-Manages PwC and client stakeholder expectations
-Advocate for Microsoft within the firm
Sales Support
-Able to plan and deliver sales demos
-Seen as a specialist to support sales pursuits in areas of Microsoft product expertise
Desired Experience:
- Proven experience in project delivery of either Business Apps or Azure solutions on more than 3 occasions;
- Proven experience in mentoring within a team;
- Proven experience working with offshore delivery teams;
- Proven experience on small to medium scale clients.
Desired Attributes:
- Ability to outline technical components or issues in a consumable language to non technical audiences.
- Approachable and personable with the ability to show empathy and understand to clients in complex programs of work becoming a shoulder for support.
- Natural mentor to other team members to support growth and team spirit
- The ability to work in the unknown and find solutions to issues which may be unique or outside of current specialisations or knowledge bases.
Education:
Desired;
- 2.2 or Above Degree in a relevant subject
Certifications:
Desired;
- 1 Intermediate Level Microsoft Certificate
