There is a Partnership opportunity in 2-3 years for the right person, with no buy-in required.

Requirements:

• Technical Director-Level Experience: You should have a successful track record at a similar level, preferably within a reputable UK multi-discipline consultancy;
• Business Development: Proven ability to generate new business and expand existing client relationships within the industry;
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team-building capabilities to recruit, mentor and lead a growing team;
• Strategic Vision: Visionary thinking to develop and execute a strategy for the success of the practice;
• Technical Excellence: Demonstrated expertise in structural engineering with a deep understanding of industry standards and best practices;
• Business Acumen: Strong commercial and financial awareness, with the best interests of the company forefront at all times and identify potential risks.

Responsibilities:

• Drive business development efforts to secure new projects and clients, leveraging your industry network;
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness and client satisfaction;
• Collaborate with other offices to share knowledge and resources;
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the broader company.
