Senior Technical Manager

Our client who're a global FM company are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Manager to look after a whole portfolio in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities 

• Ensure site technical services are delivered in compliance with legislative, client and health, safety and environmental programmes.

• Act as the Technical Services point of contact for all in / out of scope technical activities 

• Responsible for the delivery of both self and outsourced services with 2 x direct reports (1 x Mechancal Manager and 1 x Electrical Manager) and indirect to a full team of engineers/supervisors on site.

• Be the Maintenance Excellence Champion for the site, driving continuous improvement in technical service delivery 

• In conjunction with the Site Leader, manage allocated budgets in line with service lines, against the contract model. 

• Provide solutions and associated quotations for small project works 

• Carry out maintenance and repair activities when required (likely to be in the event of an emergency, or for holiday/sickness cover) 

Skills & qualifications  

• HTM06 – 02 and 03 AP trained 
• Healthcare experience
• Previous FM experience 
• Technically strong
