SalaryEvolve is recruiting for a Senior Territory Manager to join a world leading, blue-chip MedTech organisation!
The successful candidate will maintain and develop the clients Spine and Biologics portfolio across the East of England and East Anglia, while meeting or exceeding targets in a way that enhances the business’ reputation in the market, as well as identifying opportunities for future business growth.
Up to £50K basic salary + exceptional bonus, car allowance and other benefits!
Ideal Requirement for the Senior Territory Manager
- Proven sales experience within surgical/theatre sales
- Spinal experience is preferred but not essential, Orthopaedics experience will also be considered
- Ability to work in an operating room setting
- Full driving license
Role Responsibilities for the Senior Territory Manager
- Develop and execute the territories account strategy and tactics
- Implement quarterly sales plan and achieve sales goals and objectives
- Identify selling opportunities and work closely across the Spine organisation to drive surgical synergy related to spine surgery
