My client is an award winning multi-disciplinary Planning and Development Consultancy. They provide specialised innovative and intelligent advice to landowners, developers, community groups, businesses, and rural enterprises, and are looking for an ambitious Senior Town Planner to join the team.

The Position as a Senior Town Planner
The position as a Senior Town Planner is for a proactive individual. The successful candidate will have a full membership with the RTPI. As a Senior Town Planner, you will be meaningfully engaged in a variety of projects predominately focusing on residential and mixed-use purpose, building and nurturing client relationships, being a mentor to more junior staff as well as delivering technical work checking reports and planning submissions.

Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Senior Town Planner
- RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant
- Strong understanding of the principles of planning.
- Have good communication and an enthusiastic mentality.
- Relevant previous experience.
- Have a genuine interest and enthusiasm in planning.
