Our client, a respected multi-disciplinary consultancy is urgently looking for a Senior Town Planner to join their central London based team. The successful Senior Town Planner will have the opportunity to work on a variety of medium and large scale residential, commercial, regeneration and infrastructure schemes.

Qualifications:

In is anticipated that the successful candidate will be a Chartered Planner with the RTPI (or working towards this) and have demonstrable experience within the UK planning market, either within a consultancy or local authority environment.

Duties:

• Preparing, co-ordinating and submitting complex planning applications and promoting development proposals through the local plan and other statutory procedures
• Working to grow the workload of the team
• Leading a variety of large scale projects,
• Laising with clients
• Managing multi-disciplinary projects
• Mentoring junior members of the team
