My client is a Chartered Town and Country Planning Consultany who are an exciting and fast-growing practice, and as such this is an excellent opportunity to join the business at a relatively young stage, where there will be opportunities for advancement.
My clients work is varied and due to unrivalled success, they continue to secure new clients and new, challenging, and exciting projects. Tailored training will be provided, and will encourage staff to expand their knowledge and grow into particular areas of planning that they find most interesting!
Primary roles and responsibilities will include:
- Providing clients will planning advice and preparing fee proposals.
- Preparation, submission and active management of planning applications and appeals.
- Managing our associated external consultant team
Essential skills, experience, and attributes…
- Degree qualified
- MRTPI qualified (preferred)
- Understanding of planning policy and law
- Excellent general written and in person communication capabilities.
- Capability to write appropriate planning reports and communications with internal and external parties.
