Senior Transport Planner

Your new company
Due to continued success this transport company have a newly created role for a Transport Planner, based at either Craigavon or Coleraine.
Your new role
Sun -Thursday 2pm - 10pm, Fri & Sat OFF37.5 hrs per week

• Plan and manage drivers and vehicles to allocated routes and loads.
• Programme and schedule orders for delivery
• Distribute daily instructions to drivers
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure maximum use of resources and cost efficiency

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience within a Transport department, in a high volume/turnover business.
• Demonstrable experience with route planning software for example: Roadnet, Paragon, or Max Optra.
• Considerable demonstrable experience with planning software
• Excellent communication skills
