The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Trusts and Foundations Manager to help us achieve real impact by leading on identifying opportunities to grow income, scale, and impact: researching relevant Trust and Foundation partners, engaging and leading the dialogue with them, creating compelling and cogent applications and working closely with colleagues to secure funding and meet our annual target.
This role is based from RSA House in London for at least three days per week, with hybrid flexibility for the remaining days.
About You
What we look for in a successful Senior Trusts and Foundations Manager candidate:
- Extensive demonstrable knowledge of the necessary processes, systems and ways of working that under-pin successful Trust application processes, relationship management & grant stewardship.
- An exceptional relationship builder with high levels of impact, charisma, gravitas, diplomacy and sensitivity.
- Clear experience of successful bid writing.
- Minimum three years’ experience in Trusts and Foundations fundraising space, with demonstrable track record of securing significant trust income.
- Experience of the UK funding landscape
