Our current 3 UX/UI roles at Kittl
As our Senior UI/UX Designer, you will design an exceptional user experience and interfaces that users love. Your design keeps users engaged by reducing friction, barriers and including rewards that drive joy and engagement and user success. The ideal Designer will have a strong background in user experience and UI design, preferably from any high-engaged user environment (consumer SaaS or gaming).
We are looking for 3 designers, 2 in our Product Growth teams and 2 in our Core Product team. Which one are you more suited to?
Activation
This team is in Product Growth. You will improve UX in user flows, including user onboarding, templates, CRM, and referrals.
Kittl AI
This team sits in Core Product. We're leading the way in generative AI for vector-based graphic design. You will design UI for AI features such as image generation, image editing and more. A strong interest in artificial intelligence is necessary for this role.
Collaboration
This team also sits in Core Product. This role will focus on team accounts, which allow multiple people to collaborate and design projects in real-time using one shared account within the Kittl platform. You will design UI for features such as team accounts, brand kits, and more.
What you’ll do
Design user flows, create wireframes, prototypes, and graphics that are intuitive and visually appealing
Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure user interfaces are user-friendly and effective
Work closely with data analysts to interpret user data, translating findings into actionable design improvements
Work with product teams to implement designs and ensure consistency across the product
What you’ll need
You're a senior professional with at least five years of commercial experience delivering high-grade UI/UX design, demonstrating a strong understanding and proven success in designing user experiences for SaaS products or gaming
Proficiency in Figma, with a sharp eye for visual details
An innate understanding of metrics, KPIs, and how design can impact them
Expertise in design principles, typography, color theory, and user-centered design principles
Strong in prototyping and wireframing
Passionate about designing software products
Strong communication and collaboration skills, working cross functionally
You’re a self-starter, motivated to take initiative and work independently, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

An allowance of 10 weeks per year of fully remote work from anywhere in the world, as long as you maintain core working hours (12pm to 5pm CET)
In London the role is mostly remote with access to WeWork Premium (office opening in 2024)
Core working hours are 12pm to 5pm CET, with the rest of your working time being flexible so you can work in a style that suits you best (early riser or a night owl)
