Main Responsibilities as a Senior User Researcher
- Expertly plan and conduct both qualitative and quantitative research, with proficiency in quantitative data analysis and some experience in qualitative text analytics.
- Capture, comprehend, and manage user needs and insights derived from research.
- Take ownership of the entire research process, from planning and implementation to result reporting, ensuring effective communication and ownership of research findings.
Core Experience/Skills Required
- Working knowledge of GDS guidelines
- Experience in working with Designers, Engineers, Product Managers and UX/UI
