This company is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Valuer to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and conducting valuations of various properties, including commercial and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:
Conducting valuations of various properties
Preparing valuation reports and presenting findings to clients
Managing a team of valuers and providing guidance and support
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and regulations

Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in property valuations
Qualified RICS Valuer
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and property valuation software
