The Support Office in Dunfermline is the hub where a multitude of talents converge for seamless operations. Our Call Handlers are on the frontline, answering calls until 11pm and supporting the clinical team in delivering patient care. Customer Relations Advisors address complaints with care, while behind the scenes, Finance, Technology, People Services, and Marketing experts work their magic.
