Senior Warehouse Operative

We are seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Operative with a valid forklift licence to join a well-established team on a full time, permanent basis.

As the Senior Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for:

• Pick all customer orders via the picking list
• Enter invoice numbers into the software
• Complete ongoing stock counts using the cycle count sheet
• Unload goods from vehicles and check packing lists against outer packaging labels to confirm full receipt
• Ensuring stock is correctly located
• Pick all high location orders using FLT
• Complete daily inspections of FLT's and record on inspection sheets
• Oversee the warehouse team in the absence of the warehouse manager
• Support the manager with creating reports
• Support with facilities management of the warehouse

The successful Senior Warehouse Operative will have the following related skills / experience:

• Experience of Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• 2-3 years' FLT driving experience (counterbalance and reach)
• Strong IT skills, especially Excel
