Senior Web Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web Developer to join our team. As a Senior Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites and web applications, from layout to function. You will work closely with our development team to ensure the successful implementation of web projects.

Duties:

- Develop and maintain websites and web applications using JavaScript, PHP, and other relevant programming languages

- Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing user interfaces (UI)

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

- Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development or after deployment

- Perform website testing and optimisation for speed and performance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in web development

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)

- Proven experience as a Senior Web Developer or similar role

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, PHP, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies

- Strong experience with Code Ignitor and Laravel platforms

- Experience with content management systems such as WordPress, or similar platforms

- Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary based on experience.

Pay: £55,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
