BLOQS is seeking a Senior Workshop Technician to be the guardian of our workshop, optimising uptime and ensuring a seamless creative experience for our community.

Your Mission:

• Be the Maestro: Orchestrate the rhythm of our workshop, ensuring every machine is in perfect harmony.
• Empower the Team: Lead our small team of talented technicians, fostering a collaborative environment where they can shine.
• Problem-Solve Like a Pro: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with lightning speed, minimising downtime and maximising productivity.
• Collaborate: Partner with vendors and our facilities team to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workshop.
• Inventory and Organisation: Fully utilise your super organised ability and passion for inventory management so that all parts and spares have their place and you know what’s available.

What You'll Bring:

• Technical Wizardry: Extensive experience with machinery maintenance and repair.
• Leadership Skills: The ability to inspire and guide a small team of technicians to achieve their best.
