Job description

This role is permanent but is subject to funding.

What will the role look like?

This role will be based within the young person’s team who deliver drug and alcohol related interventions for young people (up to 21 years, or 24 years, depending on vulnerability) across Leeds. The team works on a predominantly outreach basis, delivering one-one sessions in a variety of community settings, including school and home visits. This post will focus on the under 18’s cohort. 

The senior worker will support a caseload of young people, alongside providing management support to members of the Young Persons Team. 

What we are looking for? 

We are looking for someone with experience in supporting young people with issues such as; problematic drug and alcohol use, poor mental health, housing and/or CCE/CSE.

We also need someone with experience of working towards achieving individual and team objectives.
