The Role
A new and exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior / Lead Developer (.Net Core, Angular, AWS) to join a small and successful fintech start-up based in Leicester offering hybrid remote working - during your first couple of weeks, you will be required onsite more often but more flexibility will be offered after. As a Senior / Lead Developer (.Net Core, Angular, AWS) you will be responsible for a wide range of innovative greenfield projects including feature development to help with expanding their fintech SaaS platform for the European market. They are looking for a technically strong Developer with good mentoring / leadership skills as you will be working alongside their small onshore/offshore team. This is an exciting time to join them as they are offering quick progression opportunity to potentially move into a CTO role.
You will play an integral role in contributing to the growth of the business and with it being a small and collaborative team; you'll have the ability to suggest new technologies and drive forward their technical direction.
Software Developer role requirements:
- Experienced with C#, .Net
- Angular or React
- SQL Server
- API development
Any experience in the following will be highly beneficial:
- AWS
- CI/CD

As they expand globally, the company is hiring a Senior / Lead Developer, who will have the responsibility of designing and developing highly scalable and reliable backend and frontend systems for their web applications. The company is opening offices in the US and Germany in the next few months. This is a unique opportunity to work on an innovative platform, with autonomy to develop greenfield projects. As the first permanent Developer, the successful candidate will be offered company shares from the outset.
