Job description

With the Energy / Renewables sector being one of the fastest growing sectors within X4 Group we are looking to grow the team and looking for 2 experienced Recruitment Consultants with experience within energy / renewables / engineering markets.

You will be based in London but working with clients based in Texas and we do not expect prior experience working in US / Texas but you should be prepared / happy for the occasional late evening calls with candidates clients based on need to do so. The upside is that you will be making considerable sized fees with the avg fee in the team currently at £32.5k.

You will be working alongside one of the leading senior consultants within the business and a winner of multiple billing and team leading awards.

  • Enjoys new client development, can demonstrate track record of winning new business
  • Can manage own time effectively
  • Can manage multiple systems, CRMs effectively, including hotlist development, client and candidate management, have structure to how you work
  • Strong on LinkedIn (in terms of outreach / personal brand) or creative in other areas to attract new business / good candidates
  • Understands the importance of phone calls / video meets. Our top performers on are regularly on the phone engaging with clients/candidates - not relying on emails/linkedin messages.
