With a focus on some of the UK's most intricate projects spanning energy, transport, and water sectors, their seeking a Senior Engineer/Principal Geotechnical Engineer to join our expanding Ground Engineering Team.

Position Overview:
- Lead a small engineering team with minimal supervision.
- Foster staff performance and development through guidance and feedback.
- Manage projects of varying sizes to high standards.
- Collaborate closely with teams and clients to deliver value-led solutions.
- Work autonomously, meet deadlines, and handle tender submissions.
- Ensure technical delivery and compliance with industry standards.
- Drive geotechnical-led sustainability practices.
Position Requirements:
- Strong academic background in civil/Geotechnical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years' experience, with Chartered Status.
- Expertise in tunnelling and underground space on major projects.
- Track record of commercial success.
- Proficiency in BIM and other design software.
- Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.
Remuneration:
- Hybrid working (2-3 days in office).
- Flexible working hours (10 am - 4 pm core).
