About the Opportunity
Our Business Intelligence and Analytics team has grown out of our asset management, business solutions and infrastructure advisory services, augmenting our other services by providing the digital consultancy - developing the systems, structure, management and analytics our clients need through practical, value-adding solutions. Our client-centric approach is tailored to the specific qualities of each place and client, drawing on our knowledge of their challenges and aspirations. We create and embed strategic digital transformation, enabling our clients to access the intelligence in their data and make better business decisions, faster.
We are looking for a Senior/Principal Consultant in Digital & Information Management, able to both focus on details and see the big picture. You'll help our clients envisage their digital future by developing strategies that realise the true value of data and information. Capturing enterprise-wide data and information requirements and delivering gap assessment and improvement roadmaps, you'll develop compelling storyboards to highlight strategic gaps and identify tangible steps to close them. You'll also help our clients to develop strategies with digital line of sight between information and decisions.
Here's What You'll Need:
To thrive in our Business Intelligence and Analytics practice group you'll be adaptable with a strategic mindset, someone who cultivates innovation and is a strong conceptual problem solver. Curious, creative and empathetic, you'll demonstrate active listening skills, taking a relationship centric approach with stakeholders and always seeking a better way. If this sounds like you, and you have the following technical skills and experience, we'd love to hear from you:
  • Experience developing and delivering digital, data or information strategies, gap analysis and/or improvement roadmaps for infrastructure projects or organisations, helping them to harness the potential of digital technologies, by understanding the value they want to create and how to build this into a solution.
  • Experience of interfacing directly with clients, particularly with national or local government bodies and/or with infrastructure owners and operators
  • Knowledge about how infrastructure projects are delivered for single or multiple sectors including the design, construction, handover and asset management stages
  • Knowledge of how digital practices such as BIM, Information Management or digital asset management can improve client organisations and their projects and assets
  • Understanding of scalable data transformation, digital replicas and digital twins and an appreciation of System Architecture
