Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality one-on-one alternative teaching for pupils with SEN, Social, Mental and Emotional Health needs.
- Work flexibly across various locations, including schools, pupil homes, and external venues.
- Employ creative and engaging teaching methods to cater to pupils outside mainstream education.
- Support and guide students in developing identified areas of weakness.
- Collaborate with the Alternative Provision Lead, parents, schools, and authorities.
Requirements:
- Recent experience teaching SEN students up to KS4.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt materials and teaching styles to individual needs.
- Commitment to safeguarding and following relevant policies.
- Reliable travel to multiple schools across the city.
