In this role, you will have a key responsibility for designing and developing state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring smooth integration and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development Leadership: Lead the design and development initiatives for new equipment, leveraging your expertise to innovate solutions that meet our rigorous standards for quality and performance.
• Product Enhancement Contribution: Enhance existing products by proposing insightful modifications and updates, ensuring our offerings maintain their technological edge.
• Technical Specifications Creation: Develop comprehensive technical specifications, conduct thorough analyses, and establish rigorous testing requirements to guide the design process.
• Build Process Support: Provide hands-on assistance during the build phase to ensure accurate translation of designs into functional equipment.
• System Integration and Testing Oversight: Take charge of system integration, meticulously testing and validating equipment to ensure reliability and effectiveness.
• Collaborative Approach: Cultivate strong partnerships with suppliers and subcontractors, fostering open communication for seamless project progression.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a HND in electrical engineering, providing foundational knowledge essential for success in this role.
• Able to demonstrate expertise in high-integrity design processes and techniques, delivering solutions that meet stringent standards.
• Exhibit broad knowledge across various engineering disciplines, including systems and mechanical engineering, enabling effective contributions.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to collaborate within teams and engage effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Bring meticulous attention to detail to every aspect of design, ensuring thorough consideration and execution.
• Showcase deep understanding of design lifecycle best practices, from gated design phases to comprehensive design reviews, ensuring top-quality outcomes.
