8:00am – 4.30pm, Monday - Friday

From £40,000 per annum

Main Duties:

• Managing the SEO strategy for the organisations websites
• Completing regular technical site audits and implementing fixes with the assistance of the marketing and web development teams
• Using analytic tools to evaluate success and implement necessary changes
• Employing user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimisation methods to turn visitors into more active users and to help improve website performance
• Increasing organic rankings and traffic through site improvements and link building
• Investigating indexing and crawlability issues
• Creating monthly reports on our SEO performance providing insight and recommendations
• Keeping up to date with the latest SEO developments and ensuring the websites maintain best practice
• Supporting our Content Manager with high-quality SEO content
• On-the-job SEO mentoring of team members
• Supporting the team in ongoing website migrations and optimisation

About you:

• Previous experience in an SEO Technical Specialist position or similar
• Good knowledge of SEO tools such as MOZ, SEM Rush etc
• Confident with analytics tools and a strong understanding of tracking and conversion optimisation
• Excellent communication skills
• Confident in presenting research and providing recommendations to the wider team
• Experience in conducting website audits, and in technical SEO

Working Arrangements:

• Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4.30pm
• 25 days holiday entitlement plus 8 bank holidays
