Serious Injury Solicitor - £60,000 DOE
My client is an established firm law firm with multiple other offices dotted around England. Due to continued growth they are looking to bring in a Serious Injury Solicitor to join their established Oxford office.
You will need to have 2-6 years PQE and Serious Injury experience. You will be running your own multi-track caseload that will consist of files such as brain injury, spinal injury, amputation and fatal claims. You will also be running a relatively small caseload compared to other firms that specialise in Serious Injury, the reasoning behind this is to ensure that your clients will be receiving the most personal and thorough service. You will also need a keen interest in business development.
Emphasis is placed on client care and as a result you will be visiting clients face to face where you can. This means that there is less expectation to be in the office, you will have the autonomy and flexibility to work in a way that suits you.

Salary will be £60,000 DOE plus a quarterly bonus.
