Serious Injury Solicitor Or Fee Earner

My client is searching for a Serious Injury Solicitor or Fee Earner to join their Manchester, Greater Manchester offices.
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor / Legal Executive to join my client's Serious Injury department. As a Solicitor / Legal Executive, you will be part of a team led by a Partner dealing with catastrophic injury cases of the utmost severity.

Duties

• The drafting of legal documents such as Schedules of Loss, Disclosure Lists, Witness Statements, Instructions to Experts/Counsel, Cost Estimates etc.
• Attending at Court both in person and electronically.
• Often acting as the first point of contact for clients, their families and other third-party professionals.
• Applications are welcomed from Grade C/D Fee Earners. Experience of handling or assisting on claimant catastrophic injury cases is preferred but not essential.

The successful candidate will be provided with support and guidance, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about building a career within catastrophic injury.

Required Experience & Skills

• Experience in complex personal injury cases
• Excellent understanding of Civil Procedure Rules and protocols
• Sound technical ability
