A reputable, boutique legal firm specialising in personal injury and clinical negligence is currently seeking a Serious Injury or Clinical Negligence paralegal to join its esteemed team. The firm takes on work outside of the fixed fee regime, and prides itself on its high quality work and client care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist a senior solicitor on their diverse caseload of clinical negligence and serious injury matters, demonstrating proficiency in all aspects of case management from inception to completion.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to ensure the provision of accurate and up-to-date advice to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional client care throughout the legal process.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years' experience assisting on a caseload of clinical negligence or serious injury matters
- Comprehensive understanding of clinical negligence and personal injury law and regulations, with a focus on staying abreast of any changes in legislation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal issues in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, fostering a positive and supportive working environment.
