We are actively looking to secure a Project Accountant to join Experis.

Your Key Responsibilities:
The role will be a technical Platform Engineer within Account Production Services (APS) working on the Capgemini HMRC Account and responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the physical and virtual servers, application components, storage and back-ups are maintained enforcing security best practices to prevent cyber-attacks and security breaches.
• Identifying and implementing new strategies for optimal computer system operations.
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving software, hardware, and networking issues.
• Assisting with knowledge transfer and development of less experienced staff members.
• Documenting internal processes to assist the area in achieving optimal performance.

Your Skills:

• An experienced systems administrator or similar
• Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
• Organised, time sensitive and dedicated individual.
• Confident, sociable, with the ability to deliver information across teams.
• Analytical and curious - to quickly identify solutions to problems.
• Professional certifications

• Windows Server Deployment
• Windows Server technology 2012 2016, 2019 and 2022
• AIPS Management
• Active Directory
• DNS server and DHCP

Nice to have skills:
Experience with networks (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and patch management
