SalaryWe are excited to partner with a top London University, looking for a Server and Storage Engineer to provide day-to-day hands-on delivery and support of Server and Storage technologies.
As a Server and Storage Engineer you will be responsible for contributing directly to roadmaps and building, delivering and supporting all end user technologies .
Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the strategy, roadmaps and change delivery plans for Server and Storage
- Liase with Backup service provider
- Prepare tooling designs and perform technology change and implementation
- Deploy servers on VMWare
Requirements:
- Proven track record using VMware vCentre
- Broad knowledge of IT solutions and business process, principles and practice
- Experience working on large scale environments
- Experience troubleshooting server issues
Benefits:
- Up to £52,460 base salary
- 30+ Days Annual Leave
- Hybrid working (2 days in the office/week)
- 12 Month FTC with high likelihood of 6-12 month extension
