A Bristol based business are looking for 2 new experienced Server/Data Centre focused Infrastructure Engineers who will play a key role in leveraging cutting-edge technologies to create a robust infrastructure for various teams throughout the business.
As a Server Infrastructure Engineer, you will manage the current on-premise infrastructure and participate in future AWS migration projects. This role offers opportunities to learn and implement new technologies, supported by excellent training programs in AWS. Previous Cloud experience is not needed!
Server Infrastructure Engineer experience needed:
- Experience with VMware vSphere production environments.
- Knowledge of on-premise compute platforms (Lenovo, Dell), enterprise storage, and backup solutions.
- Familiarity with system monitoring technologies (SolarWinds, Opsview, Nagios, Grafana).
- Skills in technical documentation and Data Centre physical equipment support.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge.
