MUST KNOW JAPANESE LANGUAGE
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Provide excellent guest service, including addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer
- Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Requirements:
- Previous experience helpful
- Must know Japanese language
- Knowledge of basic math for handling cash transactions
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and ingredients for creating specialty cocktails
- Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work area
