Server/Waiter/Waitress

Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials - Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests - Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks as needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas - Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards - Handle cash and process payments accurately - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service Requirements: - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required - Basic math skills for handling payments and making change - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong upselling abilities to maximize sales opportunities - Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety guidelines - Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required At our company, we value our employees' contributions and offer competitive pay rates. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm

Pay: £9.52-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 30 per week
