Joining a small and supportive team, this busy role will see you being responsible for scheduling reactive and routine planned maintenance works to customers across the Sussex, Surrey & London surroundings.
The Role:
- Handling incoming enquires via phone & email
- Quoting and raising new work orders
- Scheduling Engineers to live jobs within company SLAs
- Ordering equipment / materials for Engineers as required
- Updating company CRM with job progress & customer records
The Person:
- Previous experience in a similar planning/scheduling role
- Strong geographical knowledge of Sussex / Surrey areas
- Confidence working to tight deadlines in a reactive setting
- Customer-focussed mindset with first class communication skills (written & verbal)
The Package:
Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm
up to 26,500pa
