Job Title: Service Administrator
Location: Dundee, DD2 area
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Requirement: Hep B Vaccination required
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of Customer Service in the UK for Repair Exchange Flexible Fibrescopes and Video Endoscopes, including SOP and POP.
- Process technical reports, quotations, orders, and deliveries for Repair/Exchange, involving stock management, warranty processing, maintenance contracts, loans, advance transactions, vet transactions, and coordination with carriers.
- Maintain files and archive records for all activities, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.
- Provide high-quality customer service by answering queries, providing pricing and product information, and updating customers, departments, and field operatives on products and services.
- Ensure smooth running of the department in the absence of the Service Team Leader, including daily checking and actioning of requests in the RepExFlexible inbox.
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- Educated to a good standard with GCSE (grade C or above) in English and Maths (or equivalent), or minimum 3 years' proven experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Polite and courteous manner, maintaining professionalism in all situations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks as needed.
- Willingness to go the extra mile during busy periods to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, taking initiative to address issues as they arise.
- Strong team player, fostering positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
- Proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Access, and Outlook.
